Let Me Tell You Something: The Freaky Athlete Everybody's Wrong About

Go ahead, reach for the remote. Sal already knows what you're thinking — the backup tight end battle? Who cares? But stay with him, Pack Nation, because Josh Whyle versus Luke Musgrave might just be the little fight that wins you January. Tucker Kraft is TE1, no argument — but a great offense isn't one tight end. It's two. And LaFleur's been dreaming about that duo since 2023.

Here's what has Sal fired up:

🏈 The tool kit with the missing piece — Musgrave's got elite athleticism, a second-round pedigree, and one touchdown in 35 games. All the pieces look great in the box. Then you reach for them in November and they're not there. But it's a contract year — and sometimes the athletic guys finally wake up when the lights are about to go out.

🔥 The grain silo that runs routes — Six-foot-seven Josh Whyle stepped up when Kraft went down and Musgrave didn't. Demovsky says he could surprise people. In the red zone, you throw it up and let the silo go get it.

🎯 Availability beats flash — The best ability in this league is availability. While the athlete's in the training room, the dependable guy stacks a hundred boring Tuesdays. That's how jobs get taken.

Watch number 88 when camp opens. It might be nothing — or it might be the thing that makes this offense terrifying.
