Tundra FM: Ugly Wins and a Name on the List
It's Thursday on Tundra FM. The week has said most of what it's going to say, and Brick Lombardi has the booth heater humming and the music ready. Tonight starts with a vault piece, Last Pair of Boots. It's a country-folk song about a man who spent forty-nine years getting the jerseys ready and never made the highlight film. Next comes Oklahoma State to Titletown, pipeline fl, a hip-hop track with a chip on its shoulder and a fifth-round name for a chorus. Head Rush follows, a bluesy rock tune about fumbles, flags and the kind of win nobody frames. Stay to the end for a brand new song, Put Her Name Down. It's a country waltz about a grandfather, a hospital parking lot and a very long waiting list. If you like your Packers fandom with a little heart, press play.
