FMQ 197 How do you listen - to yourself?
How do you listen - to yourself? Why is it the obvious, the hiding in plain sight can be invisible? That's what I have just found out about myself, a personal share as it were. I looked back to how long I've been journaling and it has been over some 20 years and a recurring question I have noticed when looking back though my journals is around my struggle with listening to my best friend - my unconscious mind and then something happened and it became so much more clearer. It's this understanding, my learning what has been in front me and in front of you and we both missed it. You will have to listen to the rest of this podcast to find out what I am talking about. When you do you just might learn how you communicate to your unconscious best friend and how it connects to you and how we are connecting and communicating with each other at a deeper level. Now that's deep :O) As always let me now if this has meant something to you or what you learnt at [email protected] Shine brightly Paul Please remember you can leave a comment or email me with questions, requests and feedback.
