#122 Stress is Good for You! How to See Stress Differently, and Manage it More Effectively.
In this episode of Vitality Radio, Jared dives deep into how non-chronic stress is essential to your health, fitness, and mental well being. He outlines the differences between the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system. And why both of these systems are here for our good.
Jared rants about Utah’s Covid-19 vaccine propaganda. He discusses how the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was put on hold to investigate 8 known cases of blood clotting. While VAERS, Vaccine Adverse Event Recording System, reports that there are actually 795 cases of blood clotting from the different vaccines. He questions why Johnson & Johnson was put on hold, while the other companies with confirmed blood clotting reports are not.
