This week I brought on Jenna Sinclair, a friend I met from a coaching program I'm in with Shoshanna Raven!! Jenna is a business energetics coach for women, has a Masters of Science in positive psychology and coaching psychology, loves to write comedy and is a meditation teacher, a marine mammal medic and new mother!

On today's episode we talk about living life in story mode, feeling fear and moving through it, cold water and ocean submersion, and the paradoxes of our words... ie: liking whitewater because it both disconnects us (from the "real" world) and connects us (to each other and ourselves) among many other topics.
