E157: Crazy things that I've done to full send my dreams

Becca's not always been this wild child that she is today, taking risks and full sending her dreams. She actually is very safety oriented, risk averse, and quite anxious to be frank. Let this episode inspire you to take brave, bold, and blunt action with yourself and your one freaking life. Let this be your sign to full send it and if you'd like support from ya girl, hit her up on instagram.

Becca is THE high stakes performance coach for athletes, musicians, leaders and performers who feel a disproportionate fear relative to their skill level. If you know you have the technical skills, but you keep "fucking up" due to some external circumstance, you know it's time to reach out.  She’s a sponsored whitewater athlete, a former world class musician performing as a soloist for over 26,000 person live audiences. She’s a low key nudist, a Capricorn with a lot of Aquarius placements and she practices celebration like it’s her religion.
