E144: The Fastest Track to Feeling Seen in Your Vulnerability with Singer Songwriter, Shanna in a Dress

Gosh, this episode is a juicy one where close confidant of mine, Shanna In A Dress (who's a rockstar touring musician btw). She shares stories of her life on the road, the vulnerability of her first show, the Shanna Coming Out Show and how she felt so seen and intersperced with so many golden nuggets about life. Shanna and I are compliments of each other in many ways (aka we're really different in our baseline of what we tangibly fear) and that's what makes our conversation here so interesting.
