HAUNTED : Dark Folklore of Wistman’s Wood, Wisht Hounds, and Pixie-Led Wanderers Devon

Dartmoor National Park in Devon, England, is a landscape of haunting beauty and centuries-old folklore. From the twisted oaks of Wistman’s Wood – said to be an ancient Druid site and the kennel of the Devil’s Wisht Hounds – to tales of ghostly monks, dancing stones, and mischievous pixies leading travellers astray, the moor is steeped in legend.
