Aligning The Outside And The Inside with Sunshine Grace

Sunshine Grace is an Austin-based public speaker, filmmaker, and clairaudient spiritual medium whose work explores the intersection of mental health and contemporary spiritual awakenings. Her path was shaped by profound non-ordinary experiences with psychedelics, which led her to advocate for greater understanding and normalization of spiritual emergencies, including voice hearing, shamanic-style awakenings, and psychic experiences.

Her work emphasizes trauma-informed healing practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through speaking, film, and writing, Sunshine promotes religious tolerance, compassion, and deeper conversations around experiences that are often misunderstood or stigmatized.
