This week Alex meets with Lisa, a CBT therapist at the Anxiety Disorders Residential Unit. The ADRU specialises in severe cases of anxiety conditions such as social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and body dysmorphic disorder (BDD).
