Never Count Her Out: Yung Miami’s Underdog Era

Loren LoRosa loves a good underdog story, and this time Yung Miami has her attention. After facing heavy criticism while finding her sound as a solo artist, Yung Miami is opening up about the pressure, self-doubt, depression, and determination behind her upcoming album—and how she kept pushing even when it felt like the whole world was against her.

Loren gets into Yung Miami’s journey from the backlash surrounding her earlier releases to finding new momentum with “Spin That,” while also reflecting on what it’s like to build, grow, and perfect your craft in front of the world. Plus, Loren gets personal about criticism, imposter syndrome, empathy, and learning how to keep going when everybody has an opinion.
