How I Stopped Obsessing Over Fitness
In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I tell you about how I stopped obsessing over fitness. I talk at lengths about my travels all over the world and how obsessing over fitness nearly kept me from having the best time of my life. I share the story of how I was so strict with intermittent fasting that I refused to try some of the most amazing hummus in The Middle East, how I taught English to underprivileged youth in Israel, how I volunteered with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem and much much more. Why am I telling you all this? Because after years of trial and error...I finally got to a point in which fitness doesn't take over every waking moment of my life. And I want you to achieve that, as well. I hope you enjoy this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far). Finally, if you've been thinking about joining The Inner Circle but haven't yet... we have hundreds of home and bodyweight workouts for you and you can get them all here: www.sfinnercircle.com.
