Do Fitness Trackers and Watches Actually Work?
In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I talk all about fitness trackers and watches if they actually work. I discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to using a fitness tracker, what I like and dislike most about them, and share important insights on how to use tracking in general for your own health and fitness. I compare notes with my podcast producer, Tony, between my Garmin and his Fitbit, as well as go over more specifics on steps, heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep scores, calories burned, and more. I also discuss the pros and cons of other trackers such as pedometers, chest straps, smart scales, and even smart phones. Do you have a question or episode idea that you want us to discuss on the podcast? Send them to Tony (@tone_reverie on Instagram). Speaking of tracking things, have you checked your blood pressure lately? Get this blood pressure monitor, it could save your life. (There's an entire podcast about this - please check it out if you haven't already).I hope you enjoy this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far). Finally, if you've been thinking about joining The Inner Circle but haven't yet... we have hundreds of home and bodyweight workouts for you and you can get them all here: www.sfinnercircle.com.
