E2403 | Drop the Weight: The 4 Rules of the Control Code
Pick up my book The American Nightmare! => Click Here! In Today's Episode Welcome to Wednesday on the Coach JV Podcast. Some things are strictly up to you; the rest was never yours to hold. This week, we have been confronting the cost of the overreacher and the overthinker who burns himself out trying to control things outside his power. On Monday, we broke down why gripping what you cannot hold changes nothing within your life. Yesterday, we put force versus focus side-by-side to learn the ultimate truth: your power is always in your response, not in the event. Today, we are laying down the tactical blueprint to reclaim your mental peace: the Control Code. Here are the four non-negotiable rules you need to execute right now: Draw the line: Split what is yours from what isn't—your choices, thoughts, actions, and effort belong to you, so release everything else. Pour into your side: Spend 100% of your energy strictly on what you can move, mastering your habits and discipline while letting go of their side. Release the other side: Stop trying to control outcomes, past mistakes, and other men's opinions—hands off, because peace begins where control ends. Accept the result: Put in the work, let it land where it lands, and remember that you answer for your effort, not the final outcome. Tomorrow, on Thursday, we are putting boots on the ground with daily execution and tactical tools you can use throughout your day to keep your mind locked in. Draw the line, pour into your side, and let's win today. Warrior's Rise!
