Systematic Starvation

During the 20th century, tyrants in Russia, China, Ethiopia, used starvation to kill millions of people. And I don’t think that it ended in Russia. Joseph Stalin starved 10 to 30 million Kulak farmers to death. China’s Mau Zedong may have killed over 50 million people by starving them to death.
