CONNECTING THE UFO STORY TOGETHER AT CONTACT IN THE DESERT

Ron Janix, widely known as Captain Ron, has been deeply embedded in the UFO and paranormal community for over a decade, building a reputation as a knowledgeable voice and passionate advocate for disclosure. Through years of research, conference involvement, and podcasting, he has developed a well-rounded understanding of UFO phenomena, experiencer accounts, and the evolving conversation around UAPs. His dedication to connecting people and ideas within the field has made him a recognizable figure among researchers and enthusiasts alike.

In April 2021, Ron co-founded The Observation Deck, an online hub designed to spotlight speakers, share information, and host virtual events for the global UFO community. Taking things to the next level, in 2023 he partnered with Gordon Pekrul to acquire Contact in the Desert—the largest UFO and disclosure conference of its kind. With a vision to expand the conversation and bring together the brightest minds in the field, Captain Ron Janix continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of UFO research and public awareness.
