NOW: Caleb Flynn Sentencing Hearing Underway; Wife’s Family To Read Victim Impact Statements

The former American Idol contestant who was convicted of the murder of his wife will learn how long he will remain behind bars. 40-year-old Caleb Flynn must first sit through victim impact statement from his wife Ashley’s family. Ashley’s mother, father, sister and brother-in-law are all in court, along with Flynn’s mother and father who already provided their statements for mercy to the judge. We also are learning that Caleb Flynn himself will be addressing the judge in today’s proceedings.
