This week we are discussing Evoland, a PC game released in 2013 that starts as a tiny monochrome adventure and gradually unlocks new graphics, mechanics, and genres as you play—evolving from 8-bit simplicity into full 3D RPG spectacle while celebrating (and parodying) decades of gaming history.
