TRUMP HOSTS XI, DEMS BOYCOTT GIRLS SPORTS HEARING | STINCHFIELD TONIGHT | SEPTEMBER 24, 2026

President Trump welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping to the White House today for Xi's first Washington state visit in more than a decade. Jeff Smith of the Heritage Foundation's Asian Studies Center breaks down what actually got done—and what didn't. A federal judge ordered the White House to restore credentials for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico after Trump banned them last week as "fake news." Access was restored around noon after a chaotic morning of reporters being turned away. The TV pool is still suspended. Parker Sigg of Real America's Voice on what the court fight means for the press and the presidency. Senate Judiciary held "Standing Up for Women in Sports." Democrats called no witnesses, asked almost no questions, and most didn't stay. ICONS co-founder Kim Jones testified after her daughter competed against Lia Thomas. Polling shows most Americans want sex-based sports. Why did Democrats walk? If Democrats won't even sit through a hearing on men in girls' sports, do they still think they can sell that to voters?
