The Patriettes Podcast: Episode 15 | April 15, 2025 | Hosts: Angie, Donna, Shannon, Teresa and In-studio guest, Elena Resuva

Join hosts Angie, Donna, Shannon, & Teresa as they host in-studio guest, Elena Ruseva, the artist known as “MAGA-Langelo” for her bold, Trump-inspired work. A proud legal immigrant and post-communist refugee from the former USSR, Elena shares her powerful journey from Soviet Moldova to the United States in 2012, escaping propaganda and pursuing the American Dream through art. President Trump owns four of her paintings and uses one as his social media profile image from her Free America collection. The Patriettes explore her rise in the U.S. art scene—from cigar-smoking lions to political portraits—and the backlash she’s faced, including canceled shows and threats. Please visit her site at: magalangelo.vip. In the second half of the show they shift to Holy Week, celebrating President Trump’s public acknowledgment of Christianity and traditional values. Highlights include White House worship events, biblical reflections on each day of Holy Week, and a sharp contrast with the Biden administration’s secular approach. The episode closes with scripture, prayer, and a reminder to stay grounded in FAITH, FAMILY, & FREEDOM! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
