DEMOCRATS MELT DOWN, DHS SURGES VOTER FRAUD PROBES | WAR ROOM AM W STEVE BANNON | SEPTEMBER 2, 2026

Steve Bannon opens on what he calls a total Democrat collapse: their "business model" of non-citizen and illegal-alien voting at scale. Restrict the franchise to American citizens, he argues, and they cannot win without cheating.

CNN reports DHS, under Secretary Markwayne Mullin, has launched a coordinated Homeland Security Investigations "voter fraud surge" across nine states (California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, Wisconsin) from early September through mid-October—field interviews, leads, and prosecutorial review ahead of the midterms.

Bannon questions how Mullin reached his conclusions so fast and frames the surge as proof Democrats know citizen-only elections end the game. The show treats the CNN leak as confirmation, not coincidence.

Will citizen-only voting and a federal fraud surge actually change who wins in November—or is this just theater?
