Ep 344 Stop Telling, Start Offering: Show Hiring Teams Your True Value

It's normal for people to have wants, but Nik is here today to remind everyone that wants don't get you hired. Instead of telling companies what you want, shift your focus to what you offer and how you can address a company's needs. If you're struggling to think of what you provide, Nik offers useful insights in this episode by relating it all back to Crew Resource Management.
