Today we are joined by Bo Carter to talk about solar grazing and agrivoltaics: combining food production with solar energy on the same land. I’ve been talking about this idea for about ten years, including how spaced-out solar panels can leave pasture growing beneath them, provide shade for livestock and improve resilience during dry periods.
