Diana cash war: William fumes over Harry’s Netflix plans as brother freeze deepens

Prince William is reportedly weighing legal and institutional moves to derail a proposed Netflix documentary marking 30 years since Princess Diana’s death, with insiders saying he finds the idea “deeply distressing.” Harry is said to believe he has every right to tell his mother’s story — palace permission not required — while Meghan’s reported involvement and Netflix’s backing have only inflamed tensions. Paul Burrell claims William has deliberately widened the gap as he prepares for the throne, and Deep Crown argues Harry traded a powerful royal role for California branding. As Diana’s memory resurfaces, so does the brothers’ war over who controls her legacy.
