PACKERS CHAOS! Josh Jacobs Sidelined, Kaleb Johnson Arrives & McCord Is Gone | Cal Hutson

CAL HUTSON — PACKERS DAILY

"THIS IS NOT HOW WE THOUGHT TODAY WAS GOING TO GO"

Alright, everybody…

What's going on?

Cal Hutson here.

And man…

**WHAT A DAY.**

Seriously.

I woke up this morning thinking we're gonna talk about roster cuts.

We're gonna talk about who's making the 53.

We're gonna talk about which young receiver impressed enough to stick around.

Maybe we'd talk about Kyle McCord because, let's be honest, the guy just threw four touchdowns in the preseason finale.

Maybe we'd talk about Kaleb Johnson.

Maybe we'd talk about the running back room.

And then…

**BOOM.**

Josh Jacobs is on the Commissioner's Exempt List.

And suddenly this isn't just a roster-cut day anymore.

This is a completely different conversation.

So if you're sitting there right now thinking, "What the heck is happening with the Packers?"

Trust me.

**You're not alone.**

Because this thing has moved FAST.
