Let Me Tell You Something: We Owe Aaron Jones a Green and Gold Ending

Big Sal is up at six in the morning, coffee in hand, absolutely losing his mind — and for good reason. The Minnesota Vikings are cutting Aaron Jones, the third-leading rusher in Packers franchise history, and Sal is not about to let Green Bay pass on this opportunity twice.

• Why the Vikings dumping Jones is the football equivalent of Sal's buddy Gino selling his cherry-red '72 Nova for pennies on the dollar
• The case that Jones still has gas in the tank after rushing for a career-high 1,138 yards at age 30 in 2024
• With Emmanuel Wilson gone and depth paper-thin behind Jacobs, the Packers backfield is begging for a veteran presence
• A direct message to Brian Gutekunst: pick up the phone and make this right

Sal isn't asking for 2019 Aaron Jones. He's asking for 10-12 touches a game, third-down reliability, locker room leadership, and the chance to give a franchise legend the ending he earned. One more Lambeau Leap in green and gold. That's all we're asking.
