Ed Policy Needs to Make a Decision Right Now!

The Packers are playing a dangerous game with Matt LaFleur's contract, and it's time for Ed Policy to make a real decision. Ryan dives deep into the stalled negotiations, breaking down why offering a one or two year extension shows a complete lack of faith in their seventh-year head coach. If he's the guy, pay him like it. If he's not, move on. There's no middle ground here.

Before tackling the salary cap, Ryan explores prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket, showing how betting odds can reveal coaching hires before they're announced. Jesse Minter to Baltimore at 44%, Jeff Hafley to Miami at 43%, and why Brian Flores might finally land in Las Vegas.

The episode wraps with a comprehensive position-by-position salary cap overview covering free agents like Romeo Dobbs, Malik Willis, and Quay Walker, plus tough decisions looming on Rashaan Gary, Tucker Kraft, Christian Watson, and Jayden Reed. Plus, a special musical send-off breaking down cap figures in the smoothest way possible.
