Stop Hiding Behind Being an Expert | Susana Denia | Ep 967

"I'm tired of hiding. If I can become an expert in being messy, I think we're all going to benefit from that." — Niiamah

Join Niiamah (@niiamahashong) and Susana Denia a leadership coach who traded financial markets in London for coaching executives in Madrid, and discovered her biggest breakthrough came not from a coach or a therapist, but from a 2-minute children's video about sadness. In this live Shape Your World session, Niiamah coaches Susana through the real thing blocking her next calling: the expert identity. Together they uncover why simplicity sits above complexity, not below it, and why becoming an explorer is the move that changes everything. If you have ever felt like you should have it all figured out by now, this episode will set you free.

Welcome to the Outlier's Edge Podcast, hosted by Niiamah Ashong, Founder of Outlier's Edge and Sherpa of the World of Difference.
