An Inheritance Kept for You

As you lay down to rest, lift your thoughts beyond today’s challenges to the future God has prepared for you. Tonight’s Our Daily Bread Evening Meditation invites you to find peace in the promise of what is to come. Reflecting on 1 Peter 1:3–9, we are reminded that an eternal inheritance is being kept for us—secure, unchanging, and filled with joy. Even in seasons of difficulty, this living hope anchors our hearts in God’s faithfulness.

As you drift into sleep, let this promise steady your soul: your future is safe in His hands.
