#37 35's Birthday Reflections
I turned 35 last week and I'm sharing about the unexpected emotions that came with it. A quiet solo trip turned into something deeper and realizing I’ve stepped into a new phase of life. I talk about the pressure of timelines, especially around things like relationships, family, and what we thought life would look like by now. I also share how I’ve learned to celebrate my birthday in a way that actually feels good for me, and why creating your own experiences matters. There's also an honest PSA about boundaries within my platform. What I choose to share publicly and what I keep private and how navigating a life online requires a balance between openness and self-respect. Sponsored By: If you’re in a season of questioning, shifting, or trying to understand what’s next, this is exactly the kind of work I do with my clients. My approach blends counseling and coaching in a way that’s deeply personal, intuitive, and grounded in your real life. We’re not following a rigid structure. We’re looking at you, your patterns, your emotions, your goals, and figuring out what actually needs to shift. This is a space where you can talk openly, process honestly, and get clear on what direction you want to move in. If you’re interested, you can reach out or just book through my website.
