First, a California Federal Judge has issued an Emergency Temporary Injunction to block the Ellison’s purchase of CNN and Warner assets. At the same time. a new Delaware suit alleges that the Ellisons are bribing Trump for regulatory approval and will ultimately give Trump in return de facto control over CNN and a big “settlement payment”!
