In a Memphis neighborhood where young men are three times more likely to be dead or in jail than have a job or be in college, Coach Bill Courtney help beat the odds. The Coach of the Manassas Tigers high school football team, Author of Against The Grain, and the subject of the Oscar-winning documentary Undefeated, Bill Courtney shares how aims to give students from a very disadvantaged area the same opportunities that kids would have in a privileged neighborhood.
