Prince Andrew And The Courtney Love Rumors (9/22/25)

Prince Andrew’s name has been linked to Courtney Love through persistent rumors that he once turned up at her Los Angeles home around 1 a.m., allegedly “looking for sex” after being introduced through Jeffrey Epstein. Reports paint the visit as uninvited, late-night, and overtly flirtatious, with Andrew said to have lingered for nearly an hour making awkward small talk. The very notion of a senior royal showing up at a rock star’s house in the dead of night on Epstein’s referral is damning enough—it reinforces the picture of Andrew as reckless, entitled, and moving in circles where sex and power blurred into scandal. Even if nothing physical occurred, the story underscores his staggering lack of judgment and the tawdry environments he willingly immersed himself in. Courtney Love has since clarified that Andrew’s visit was brief and polite, pushing back against the more salacious claims. But regardless of the exact details, the optics are humiliating: a prince with a mounting reputation for sleaze, skulking around L.A. at night on the word of Jeffrey Epstein. That he put himself in a position to be associated with this kind of gossip speaks volumes about his behavior and instincts. Andrew’s history shows a pattern of putting himself in compromising, disreputable situations—and this episode, whether exaggerated or not, fits neatly into the larger narrative of a royal who squandered his status in pursuit of questionable company and base indulgences.
