Colts make blockbuster trade deadline deal acquiring cornerback from Jets

The Indianapolis Colts made a bold move on November fourth, acquiring star cornerback Sauce Gardner from the New York Jets in a blockbuster trade. The Colts sent two first-round draft picks and an undisclosed player to the Jets for Gardner, who has quickly established himself as one of the NFL's top cornerbacks. Gardner's addition is expected to significantly strengthen the Colts' secondary, which has been tested throughout the season. The Colts, currently leading the AFC standings, are going all-in with this move, creating a formidable defensive backfield with Gardner, Kenny Moore, Jaylon Jones, and Charvarius Ward.
