Greg gives us tools on how to spot burnout and teaches us that past a certain point, working harder leads to negative results...it’s not worth the burnout. We learned that through journaling, making our chores fun and giving them purpose, being more present and CHOOSING to take the lighter vs the heaver path we can all start to live a more effortless life.
