1350. A Confidence Boost Hack, Sunrise Hikes + What’s Working for Maria’s Gut and Blood Sugar

Hey Heal Squad! Maria is coming in HOT after a whirlwind week of travel…from New York, to Philly, to Boston and LA…but somehow after a wild week of jam packed schedules…she came out of it feeling happier and more energized instead of completely depleted. So…what worked? Well she’s gonna tell us! First, we’re asking a question that might hit a little deeper than expected: Who is your camera? You know that person you look to after you do something, waiting for them to tell you, “You did great”? Maria realized we may need to be VERY careful about who we give that job to and maybe learn how to turn the camera back on ourselves. Then things get a little more…digestive LOL! After mostly cutting out dairy, Maria brought Greek yogurt back into the mix for more protein and noticed a VERY unexpected bathroom benefit. Yep, we’re talking constipation, probiotics and whether Greek yogurt might officially be back on her menu.PLUS, Maria is getting serious about protein again after noticing what it does for her blood sugar, and she shares the protein smoothie that’s been working for her. And finally, we’re solving the “fun crisis” with something ridiculously simple: going for a hike. Maria even dragged herself out for a sunrise hike she almost skipped and it ended up being one of those “OMG, I’m so happy right now” moments. Can’t wait for you to hear this one friends!
