Divorce Coach Sara Davison Builds a Business Out of a Broken Heart

When heartbreak shatters your life it can feel like the end of the world, and today's guest, Sara Davison, knows that first hand. It was her very own divorce that led her to becoming "The Divorce Coach." She now uses the lessons she learned to help others going through breakups, divorces and getting out of toxic relationships. Sara gives you the tools to deal with bad relationships, how to communicate better and most importantly, how to successfully move on to the next chapter of your life! Rachel and Sara share their own war stories of dealing with an Ex and what helped them make it through to the other side. Sara leads by example and empathizes with her clients, which makes her an incredible Coach! We talk about prioritizing your health, changing your patterns, and getting unstuck! And when you hear about her retreat in the British countryside, you'll almost wish you could go through a breakup... almost wish.
