Russia's Jet Drones Outpace Ukraine's Defenses | Global News

Russia’s unleashing jet-powered drones on Ukraine every single day in August — a terrifying escalation that’s outpacing Ukraine’s defenses. Attacks surged from 350 in June to 2,800 in August, with faster models now outnumbering older ones in key strikes. President Zelensky calls it an unfolding “horror.” Ukraine’s interception rate has plummeted from 94% to barely holding ground, prompting new missile tests and secret facility expansions near the border — while they’ve even stopped sharing some stats to hide the grim reality.
