796. LA Diary

In this episode, I'm sharing a update from Los Angeles from the last week.

Boss and I are getting ready to head to Australia for Christmas, and Matt and I are in a health and wellness mode to stay energised for our upcoming travels. I'm sharing my self-care routine, from daily yoga to green juice, and how we're setting intentions for a balanced holiday season. I also recap my recent events, including a screening at the SAG Awards and a fun activation with Tru Niagen, where I got to experience their amazing products and we even had an aura reading done.

Stay tuned at the end for an oracle card reading,

Big love from La La Land,

Lola
