LA Diary!

Righto, what a week! I have a movie review for you, a brill new west side hike and I even spotted a rattle snake!

First up: Movie Review. Civil War with Kirsten Dunst, and as you'll hear her husband Jesse Plemons accidentally got his role. His scene is so confronting and terrifying.

You can watch the trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDyQxtg0V2w

Next up we have foodie reviews; we have health bars, cookies and sushi in this week's roundup!

I also talk about doing breathwork with the beautiful Daisy of Spiritual Mixtape who's also Monday's guest. Here's Monday's ep incase you missed it! Listen to Monday's episode here!

If you want to learn more about breathwork and Daisy then check out her insta here: https://www.instagram.com/spiritualmixtape/ and here's her website: https://www.spiritualmixtape.com/

Hope you loved this episode, reach out and get in touch on insta if there's anything you'd like me to check out in LA!

Big love,

Lola
