43. Fearlessly Failing: Abby Gilmore

Today the wonderful Abby Gilmore’s episode is out. We recorded this episode in her bed! she’s an absolute legend and i knew that the moment i met her. No Bullshit, real, down to earth and she has zero ego. She’s a passionate Mum and wants to teach her kids how to “feel” not just think and act. Abby is really open about mental health and very much as peace with her past. I hope and believe this raw chat will touch and inspire you as it did me. Thank Abby, from the bottom of my heart.
