Today on the pod we have mental health advocate Zak Williams. Zak's father was the iconic actor, comedian, VO actor and brilliant human Robin Williams, as someone born in the 80's Robin Williams was an icon to me from Hook, Goodwill Hunting, Mrs Doubtfire and the Genie from Aladdin was my fave! Zak opens up about depression, anxiety and PTSD post his father's suicide. He's brave and vulnerable about sharing how he self medicated to try to deal with his trauma, anxiety and depression. Then he shares about how he used nutrition to help manage his mental wellbeing.
