Carnivore Community Meeting with Hui Yang
Hui is a MD PhD in training. Her PhD research focuses on neuroendocrine control of acute hunger, satiety and the body's long term energy balance, she literally studies how the human brain drives us to eat and stop eating. She is a recovering vegan and has battled with anorexia. Hospital intervention saw her regain a healthy weight but she struggled with maintaining a SAD diet. A relapse which almost returned her to a hospital treatment program, was no longer necessary when Hui found the Carnivore Diet. Since then she has been able to effortlessly maintain a healthy body weight and has found a much more peaceful , emotional state.
