Disney SUED by Star Wars Gaming Boss for Being RACIST?!

Jay Ong, Disney's former head of global games (responsible for major titles like Marvel's Spider-Man and Star Wars games), is suing the company for alleged discrimination, seeking $40 million in damages. According to the lawsuit filed in California Superior Court, Los Angeles County, he alleges the company "dug up dirt" on him and created a hostile work environment, citing specific instances of racial bias against Asian-American employees. The case is ongoing, and Disney has not publicly commented. This follows Ong's recent promotion at Disney Games in 2024 before his departure.
