Exonerated: Kenneth Bond, Spent Over 27 Years Behind Bars For A Crime He Did Not Commit At the Age of 16
Kenneth Bond spent over 27 years behind bars for a murder he did not commit in Baltimore in 1995, when he was just 16 years old. He was released in February 2023 due to the Juvenile Restoration Act, which opened the door for people who were convicted of crimes as juveniles and who have served at least 20 years to have their sentences reduced.
