Pam Watson, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist from Quin, joined Tuesday's Morning Focus to talk about the Cancer Thrive & Survive Programme, a free six-week programme taking place at Hollyblue House in Gort. It’s designed to support people living with or beyond cancer, helping them manage some of the physical and emotional challenges that can follow treatment, rebuild confidence and improve wellbeing. The programme begins on Thursday, September 24th at 10:30am, and Pam joined Alan Morrissey to tell us more about it and encourage anyone who might benefit to get in touch. Photo (c) Clare FM
