Rutgers is turning the page after a brutal loss to UMass, benching struggling starter Dylan Lonergan and handing the reins to junior AJ Surace, who showed flashes of promise with six-of-nine passing for 77 yards and a TD. And on defense, new transfer Sean Allison made an instant impact with eight tackles — a key addition as Rutgers looks to turn things around.
