Cincinnati Bearcats crush Boston College 34-15 in a statement home opener, extending their undefeated streak to 25 straight wins—second only to Oklahoma State in FBS. Led by a dominant offensive line and breakout performances from Notre Dame transfer Gi’Bran Payne and QB JC French IV, who scored all three rushing TDs and threw the first passing TD of the year, Cincinnati rolled up 254 rushing yards. Defensively, they stifled Boston College, forcing turnovers and holding them scoreless for stretches, with safety MJ Cannon making key plays. The Eagles now sit at 0-1, while Cincinnati (1-0) prepares for Western Carolina next.
