Rents are flatlining, but it's not great news

There's some new data out that could sound like good news for renters: it shows that rents are flat lining in most capital cities. In fact, for the first time in two years, the price of rent in Sydney has even dropped! But rents aren't going up anymore because tenants are at breaking point after years of increases.
