Sarah's Thoughts: The Hidden Grief in Watching Your Kids Grow Up

There are no warning bells. No calendar reminder that says: This is it, the last time. You just notice one day that your child no longer reaches for your hand. Or climbs into your lap. Or wants the story they once begged you to read every night.

In this week's Sarah's Thoughts, Sarah Grynberg reflects on the invisible endings that come with raising children, the quiet ways they outgrow us, not out of malice, but momentum. These are not milestones we celebrate, but moments that linger in the heart. The ache of it lives in the ordinary. And we don't talk about it enough.

Because while we prepare for their firsts, no one prepares us for their lasts.

You'll learn:
*Why the hardest part of parenting isn't the chaos, but the letting go.
*How to navigate the shifting role of parenthood with grace and strength.
*What it means to hold space when you're no longer the centre of their world.

In this episode you'll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to hold onto what matters, even as you learn to let go.
